In the city of Pátzcuaro, Michoacán, the General Assembly of Opening and Closing (combined by reason of pandemic) of the Association called CARA ADELANTE, ASOCIACIÓN CIVIL, was summoned to meet in the domicile located at Tercera de Ibarra street number eighty two, fraccionamiento España, lot number five, of this City, to celebrate the General Assembly of opening and closing, in first call, notification according to the Statutes and under the following Order of the Day (Agenda):
I. Roll call of Associates present.
II. Appointment of tellers and speaker.
III. Verification of the legal quorum and installation of the assembly.
IV. Annual treasury report.
V. Proposal to transform to a Private Assistance Institution.
VI. Approval of the assembly for the admission of two associates to the Association.
VII. Election, appointment and ratification, as the case may be, of the Board of Directors.
VIII. Notification to the assembly of the resignation of three associates from the Association.
IX. Closure of the Assembly.
